Modifying activity plan template steps

You can modify the settings of any activity plan template step.However, if the template has been used in NexJ CRM, any changes that you make will only apply to newly created plans. Any plans using the pre-modified template will remain the same.
To modify an activity plan template step:
  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
  3. In the templates list, click the template that contains the step you want to modify.
  4. Click the Steps subtab.
    The Steps zone appears.
  5. Click the Edit button .
    The Edit Activity Plan Steps dialog opens.
  6. Select the step that you want to modify and click the Edit button .
    The Edit Activity Plan Step dialog opens.
  7. Modify the attributes of the activity plan step as required.
  8. Click OK to close the Edit Activity Plan Step dialog and save the changes.
  9. Click OK to close the Edit Activity Plan Steps dialog.
The activity plan template step is now modified.
