Adding activity plan templates

The Add Activity Plan Template dialog allows you to create the details, steps, attachments, and statuses of an activity plan template.
To add a new activity plan template:
  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
  3. At the top of the templates list, click the Add Activity Plan button .
    The Add Activity Plan Template dialog opens.
  4. Fill in the mandatory Name field. For more information on activity plan details, see Modifying activity plan template details.
  5. In the Steps tab, add the procedural steps for your activity plan template. For more information on activity plan steps, see Configuring activity plan template steps.
  6. In the Attachments tab, add any attachments that you want to have associated with the activity plan template. For more information on adding attachments, see Configuring activity plan template attachments.
  7. In the Statuses tab, add the Default Status and any optional statuses to your activity plan template. For more information on adding statuses, see Modifying activity plan template status settings.
