Information for business administrators

Business administrators manage information that users access in NexJ CRM.

For example, business administrators in a capital markets company add securities for sales representatives to view and work with.
Note: A business administrator is a NexJ CRM user who gathers business requirements and configures the application. For example, they are responsible for user onboarding and importing contact data. Using NexJ CRM, they might configure rules, create custom fields, coverage groups, business process forms, and templates.

Business administrators must have the appropriate privileges to manage the information that they are responsible for. For example, a business administrator who handles leads needs a different set of permissions than an administrator who handles opportunities. Permissions are granted by system administrators.

The following topics describe how business administrators can create and manage information in NexJ CRM.

Note: For more information about using NexJ CRM, see the NexJ CRM User Guide.
