Information for system administrators
A system administrator helps to
determine system requirements during their deployment of the NexJ
solution. After deployment, they monitor and support related
software and hardware, as well as NexJ application performance and
system health.
System administrators configure features and settings for NexJ Customer Relationship Management. They also perform tasks such as creating user accounts, assigning privileges, and configuring system services such as push and synchronization. The following topics describe how system administrators can use NexJ Admin Console and NexJ System Admin Console to configure NexJ CRM.
Note: For
compliance and security reasons, system administrators should not use the
same user account for NexJ CRM and for
NexJ Admin Console
and NexJ System Admin Console.
