Configuring templates
You can manage templates for activities, documents,
events, and the contact center from the Document
Codes page. You can also manage document types, merge fields,
and dashboard badges.
An activity template enables users to create schedule items and tasks in NexJ CRM.
A contact center template is a task template that is associated with either inbound or outbound calls. A contact center template specifies reminders, security, attachments, statuses, and outcomes.
A document template is a document type that is used when creating documents specifically for individual entities.
An event template enables users to create events in NexJ CRM. Template properties include the event name and icon, and the initial status for events created from the template.
