Copying activity plan templates

If you want to create an activity plan template that is similar to an existing template, you can save time by making a copy of the existing activity plan template, and modifying its properties.
To copy an activity plan template:
  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
  3. In the templates list, click the Action button for the activity plan template that you want to copy, and select Add Copy.
The Add Activity Plan template dialog opens a duplicate of the selected template. For information on how to modify the copied template's values, see Modifying activity plan templates.
