You can add tasks, documents, or other activity plans
as steps to your activity plan templates.
To add a step to an activity plan template:

Navigate to the Customize workspace.

Click the Activity Plans tab.

In the templates list, select the activity plan that you want to
add steps to.

In the Steps subtab, click the
Edit button
.
The Edit Activity Plan Steps dialog
opens.

Click the Add button
.

In the menu, select the specific task, document, or activity plan
you want to add.
The Add Activity Plan Step dialog
opens.

Modify the step as desired.

Click OK.
The Add Activity Plan Step dialog
closes.

Click OK.
The Edit Activity Plan Steps dialog
closes.
The activity plan step is added, and its details appear in the
Steps subtab.
