Adding attachments to activity plan templates

You can add any document to your activity plan template as an attachment.
To add an attachment to your template:
  1. Navigate to the Customize workspace.
  2. Click the Activity Plans tab.
  3. In the templates list, select the activity plan that you want to add an attachment to.
  4. Click the Attachments subtab, then click the Select button in the Document Manager Items area.
    The Select Document dialog opens.
  5. Click the Select button in the Folder field and select your document's location, or enter a search string in the Search field.
    The applicable documents appear.
  6. Select your desired document. The details appear in the Details area, and a preview appears in the Attachments zone.
  7. Click OK to add the attachment and close the Select Document dialog.
