Changing the order of actions in a rule
The order in which actions in a rule are defined
determines the sequence in which they are performed.When you
want actions to be performed in a different order, change their order in the
rule.
- Navigate to the Customize workspace and select the Rules tab.
- In the Configuration subtab, in the rules list on the left, select the rule in which you want to modify the order of the actions.
- In the Actions tab, select the action you want to change the order of.

Click the Up button
to move the action up in the order or the Down button
to move the action down in the order.
