Managing research subjects
If Capital Markets functionality is
enabled, a specific area of research, such as a company or
industry is a research subject. A capital markets
firm distributes publications on research subjects to clients. A research
subject belongs to one of the following research subject types:
coverage research, other research, research analyst, or specialty
research.
A business administrator creates and manages the research subjects that are available to users. A user identifies the research subject areas that are of interest to a contact, then subscribes the contact to research subjects. A third-party research management and distribution application delivers research publications to contacts by their preferred communication method.
