Changing synchronization email addresses
A user's NexJ CRM account
is synchronized with Exchange using a synchronization email. When the user's
email changes, to maintain synchronization, the synchronization email
address must be manually changed to the updated email
address.
- Navigate to the Synchronization page.
- In the Links list, right-click any link for your desired user.
- Select Change Synchronization Email Address.
- Enter the updated email address.
- Click OK.
Note: When one of the user's links are updated, the rest of the
links for the same user will be updated automatically
