Upgrading images and thumbnails

Images added to contacts in NexJ Contact 4.1 are stored in their original aspect ratio and size. In addition to using contact images, NexJ Contact 5.1 generates thumbnails for many of its features (for example, tooltips and messaging windows). In order to increase system performance and conserve storage space however, NexJ Contact 5.1 resizes contact images to a maximum of 200 by 200 pixels. Thumbnails are sized at 48 by 48 pixels. When upgrading from NexJ Contact 4.1 to 5.1, it is necessary to resize the existing images in NexJ Contact 4.1 and to create thumbnails for the associated contacts.
