Configuring logging and monitoring of NexJ applications
After your NexJ application has been deployed, you
should monitor it to identify and resolve any issues.
NexJ Model Engine provides tools to help you monitor the performance of your NexJ application. You can also monitor process queues in NexJ Admin Console and object queues in NexJ System Admin Console.
Recommendations for monitoring NexJ applications
System administrators should monitor the following
components and conditions. If any of the following components and
conditions are at 100% for longer than one minute, the appropriate
administrator should be alerted.
- CPU usage
- Database connection pools
- JVM runtime memory usage
Note: For administrators using WebSphere or JBoss application
servers, consult product documentation on monitoring tools and
techniques.
