I am facing an intermittent issue in Nexj Contact 6x.

We get an error while attaching even a small file(less than 1 MB). “An error is preventing the file from being uploaded. Please check the size of the file you intended to upload to ensure it is allowed on your network.”

But on the same page if I click save button, I can see file is attached, or even if I navigate between the pages, I can see files is uploaded with out retrying to attach

Error is annoying for business errors. is there any configuration issue ?  Can someone please help ?

      error screenshot attached.

      Hi Saurabh,

This doesn’t seem like a code issue but more like an environment/network issue especially because it is intermittent. The default file size is 10MB and if it works even once, that means that the code is fine. Check your environment/property file and see if httpMaxSize has been specified and what the value there is.

If the problem persists, please reach out to NexJ Customer Support team as this seems to be a production specific issue.

Thanks for your reply.  Even I think this is environment/configuration issue .
I will check the httpmaxsize. If it is not specified then do I have to specify? If yes then can you help me with the file name?

any other files/configs that I can check?
