Another Rest thing

Hi – I created this new Rest Service, suddenly today it started throwing this error.  I have the latest patch in our environment.  I am wondering how these are caused and what to look for in resolving these.  I am working with the provider of the service to see if anything changed on their end –

Perhaps the SSL certificate needed for this communication expired?
