      I have a icon that I have to display for certain scenarios, but certain scenarios I don’t have to. I know that portlet is necessary to do a reseed, so because of that I was wondering if is possible to do that dynamic in a portlet.
      I attached a screen shot of what I am trying to do.

      Sorry, it is not possible to control the tab icons dymanically in the version you are on. Neither in portal, nor in portlets. However, we are working on fully supporting this in the new standards-based version of the UI framework.
