      Can someone please direct me to the user guide for smart forms in CRM for Contact and Finance.

      Hi, Baida,

      I am assuming that you are looking for this for the 8.1 release. The documentation on this release will be included on this site by the end of January. In the meantime, however, your client representative should be able to provide you a PDF copy of the Administrator guide, which has the information I think you are looking for.

      The chapters that you will want to look at are:

      • Configuring business process templates
      • Configuring forms
